Q How did you progress from Specialist to Manager in two years?
A The greatest change was learning to move beyond the boundaries of my role—from completing tasks to creating value, and from developing myself to enabling the team. As a Specialist, I focused on execution. With experience, I developed a project-owner mindset, considering not only the product but also market opportunities and long-term business value, while driving projects through to delivery.
Q What was the most significant turning point?
A The transition from Supervisor to Department Manager was the most significant. I learned that a manager’s value lies not only in delivering results, but also in building a team capable of creating sustainable value. My focus shifted from solving individual problems to establishing effective systems and improving team performance over the long term.

A If you seek meaningful career progression and believe effort should be recognized, SAILOUT is a place where you can grow. Here, advancement is not a promise—it is a clear and visible path.

A The company has changed significantly. The business has expanded considerably, increasing the volume of accounting and reporting work, while systems and processes have continued to improve. The pace can be demanding, but it has also driven meaningful professional growth.
